Delroy madden is a Diversity Equality & Inclusion consultant and chief executive of DM consultancy services who provides specialist training in three areas.

SOCIAL CARE

We deliver training for organisations & statutory services who provide care for adults, children and families, which will enable your staff to better engage with and understand the needs Caribbean African and south Asian families.

We also offer strategic planning for leaders and management teams, helping you to develop the necessary changes that you will need to initiate and ensure cultural competency is threaded through out your organisation and then embedded into current practice and policies and procedures.

Delroy has 15 years of experience within the social care services working with children, families and adults which has enabled him to develop a comprehensive range of training session to support staff who work with these sectors

EDUCATION

We provide bespoke training for teachers to prepare them to tackle racism in the classroom and promote equality within the education provision. Pupils can be included in the process as well with bespoke age-appropriate training sessions available.

BUSINESS

We support businesses to help them effectively lead their teams with the aim of building inclusive workplaces by imbedding anti racist working practises into your business. Bespoke training is available for staff members that encourages good employee practises. Training is also available for managers which includes guidance on corporate social responsibilities.

Keynote speaker and Advisory roles

Delroy is a very capable public speaker and is available for keynote speaker events on subjects like how to implement anti racist practice and how to become culturally competent. We also offer Advisory consultancy service that will provide support and guidance by developing a strategic plan for an organisation by conducting consultations with all levels of research and analysing data to identify opportunities for growth and drafting a plan of action.
